Job summary

Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) is hiring a Retail Sales and Service Technician to serve customers by assessing needs and recommending products and services. This hybrid role blends front‑line customer service with basic vehicle service tasks, supporting store operations and ensuring customer satisfaction through timely service.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
Valid automobile driver's license.
Customer service mindset and willingness to grow.
Ability to learn and perform basic vehicle service tasks.
Ability to learn and operate store systems.

Responsibilities

Customer service, sales, and issue resolution – 75% of time.
Basic vehicle service tasks (oil, tires, fluids) – 25% of time.
Store operations including opening/closing, inventory, displays on an as-needed basis.
