Job summary

Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) is hiring a Retail Sales and Service Technician in a hybrid store role. You will serve customers by assessing needs, recommending products and services, and performing entry-level vehicle services to ensure satisfaction.

The position blends front-end customer interactions with back-shop tasks, offering growth toward leadership while you learn store operations and ASE certifications. Compensation includes day-one benefits and a flexible schedule.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid automobile driver's license.
• Customer service and career growth mindset.
• Ability to learn and perform basic vehicle service tasks.
• Ability to learn and operate store systems.

Responsibilities

• Customer service, sales, customer issue resolution- 75%.
• Basic vehicle service tasks, oil, tires, fluids- 25%.
• Store operations, opening/closing, inventory, displays- as needed basis.
• May assist Manager or act as Manager-On-Duty to support development.
