What You'll Do:

As a Sales & Service Specialist, you'll be the face of Hertz for Lyft and Uber drivers by:

• Assisting customers with reservations, rentals, and vehicle pick-up.
• Explaining the Hertz rideshare rental program and its benefits.
• Answering questions about billing, extensions, roadside assistance, and rental requirements.
• Providing exceptional customer service during every interaction.
• Identifying opportunities to grow revenue and overcome customer objections.
• Preparing vehicles for customer delivery, including inspections, cleaning, fueling, and quality checks.
• Supporting daily branch operations to ensure a smooth and efficient customer experience.
