Don's Garage Doors is expanding in Denver and blends consultative sales with hands-on mechanical work. You will meet homeowners, earn trust, and close service or upgrade sales while performing the repairs yourself. Training covers all mechanical skills, and a six-week program starts in-market plus at our Phoenix Training Academy.

Expect uncapped commissions with first-year earnings typically $90K–$150K+. A company vehicle, gas card, tools, and a full benefits package support your mobile office.

Qualifications

• 21 years old and valid driver1 license (3+ years driving record).
• Ability to lift 75 lbs., bend, climb, kneel, and work in varying temperatures.
• Criminal background check and drug test (THC excluded).
• Basic comfort with navigation apps, Google tools, tablets, and software.
• Reading and basic math skills for measurements and payments.
• Minimum of 1 year in consultative sales

Responsabilités

• Sell: meet homeowners on scheduled service calls and close repair or upgrade sales.
• Repair: replace springs, rollers, motors and other door components.
• Install keypads, run wiring, and adjust equipment for proper function.
• Lubricate and test equipment for smooth operation.
• Use basic hand and power tools to perform work.
• Deliver an outstanding customer experience and document each job.
