A1 Garage Door Service is seeking a Sales & Service Consultant in Nashville who blends consultative sales with hands-on door repairs. You will meet homeowners, build trust, present options, close the sale, and perform the repair yourself. No garage door experience?

We’ll train you in every mechanical skill needed. The role requires flexibility with long hours and weekends, a paid 6-week training period (in-market and at our Phoenix Academy), and opportunities to earn six-figure pay through

Qualifications

• 1 year of consultative sales experience or more.
• Ability to explain technical options clearly to homeowners.
• Willingness to perform hands-on repair work.
• Comfort with tools and basic problem solving.
• Strong customer relationship skills.
• Experience in roles where income depends on performance.

Responsibilities

• Meet homeowners on scheduled service calls and close repair or upgrade sales.
• Replace springs, rollers, motors and other door components.
• Install keypads, run wiring, and adjust equipment for proper function.
• Lubricate and test equipment to ensure smooth operation.
• Deliver an outstanding customer experience that earns repeat and referral business.
• Collect payments and document each job.
