Admore is seeking a professional and dynamicSales Service Office Managerto work on-site to manage, oversee and inspire the individuals and teams that serve as the face of our company: Customer Service, Estimating, Order Processing, and Inside Sales.
This position is an in-person, hands-on leadership role at our manufacturing facility located in Macomb, Michigan.
The ideal candidate is someone who thrives on team development, smooth operations, and ensuring customers have an outstanding experience at every step.
Key Responsibilities
·Reports directly to the Facility General Manager.
·Manage, supervise, coach, and motivate a multi-functional team, driving top-notch customer service and sales support.
·Oversee daily order workflow, ensuring efficiency and accuracy in order processing to meet required timelines and schedules.
·Monitor daily sales and production levels to adjust staffing and resources to meet workload demand as needed.
·Resolve customer concerns and elevate the customer experience through timely problem-solving.
·Maintain and enhance operational strategies for best practices to maximize satisfaction and productivity
·Collaborate with the management team: Marketing, IT, and HR to ensure seamless communication and implementation of products, system upgrades, and company policies.
·Collaborate with production departments: Prepress, Printing, Die Cutting, Foil Stamping, Folding, and Shipping to ensure seamless communication and effective issue resolution.
·Support team members in addressing customer concerns and complaints to promote a positive customer experience.
·Communicate effectively to reinforce, maintain and uphold corporate policies, company mission statement, and departmental policies.
·Conduct regular performance evaluations, providing clear feedback, direction and training to help employees master job duties to grow and succeed.
·Participate in the recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding process for selection of qualified candidates within the department to fill relevant roles.
·Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
·Strong communication and interpersonal skills; both oral and written.
·Management, supervisory and leadership experience required.
·Effective problem-solving and analytical skills.
·Capacity to motivate and guide teams towards achieving significant results.
·Proficient in sales and customer service software applications including; JDE, Excel, Outlook, Word, Acrobat.
·Offset / digital printing, and manufacturing experience is preferred.
·Prior experience in printing production and manufacturing workflow and scheduling is preferred.
·2+ years of experience in customer service, sales leadership, or related role.
·Graphic arts and design knowledge is beneficial in performing this role.
·Bachelor’s degree is preferred

Compensation
·Bi-weekly pay schedule, salaried exempt.
