Rent-A-Center is seeking a Sales Assistant Manager in Nashville for full-time work with a consistent schedule and weekly pay. You will grow sales through rental agreements, provide exceptional customer experiences, and assist with deliveries, pickups, and merchandising to keep an inviting store environment.

Requirements include 1–3 years in retail or related fields, a high school diploma or equivalent, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of retail/customer service, sales, or collections experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Valid state driver’s license and good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales growth through completed rental agreements and new business prospecting.
• Provide friendly, top-notch customer experiences with a servant’s heart in stores and in customer homes.
• Handle deliveries and pickups with safe loading/unloading following procedures.
• Maintain an inviting, clean, organized store with attention to customers and coworkers.
