Rent-A-Center is hiring a Sales Assistant Manager in the United States. You will drive sales growth through rental agreements and new customer acquisition, while delivering white-glove customer service in stores and in customers' homes.

Responsibilities include managing deliveries and pickups, merchandising, and keeping the store inviting and organized. Requirements: 1–3 years in retail or customer service, a high school diploma or equivalent, and 18+ with a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of retail/customer service, sales, or collections experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales growth through completed rental agreements and prospecting new customers.
• Provide friendly, top-notch customer experiences with a 'white glove' service approach.
• Handle deliveries & pickups, loading/unloading and installation following safety procedures.
• Maintain an inviting, well-organized store with clean product presentation.
