Job summary

Responsibilities

• Support Sales and Service Intern initiatives across Commercial Markets Sales and Account Service.
• Work with Sales, Account Service, Marketing, Training, and Leadership on various projects.
• Contribute to the Capstone Project: Sales Effectiveness & Resource Optimization.
• Identify gaps in resources, training materials, and knowledge bases and propose improvements.
• Develop centralized guides and quick-reference tools for reports, contacts, and resources.
• Present recommendations to leadership at internship end.
