Tech Sales Jobs is offering a College Intern - Summer 2027 in Sales and Service. The 10-week paid internship runs from early June to mid-August, with up to 40 hours per week.

Participants gain exposure to Sales, Account Service, Marketing, Analytics, and more, with mentorship from managers across the organization. Interns work on meaningful projects, attend development workshops, and develop resources and tools to improve sales effectiveness and onboarding.

Responsibilities

• Support key strategic initiatives across the Commercial Markets Sales and Account Service organization while gaining exposure to health insurance, sales operations, account management, customer experience, and business analytics.
• Collaborate with Sales, Account Service, Marketing, Training, and Leadership on a variety of projects throughout the summer.
• Capstone Project: Sales Effectiveness & Resource Optimization Initiative focusing on tools, resources, and information used by the Sales and Account Service teams.
• Meet with Sales and Account Service associates, managers, and partners to identify challenges and opportunities for improvement.
• Evaluate current sales resources, training materials, Teams channels, SharePoint sites, WebCRD content, and other tools to find gaps and inefficiencies.
• Develop and organize standardized program overviews, educational resources, and quick-reference tools for client, prospect, and broker conversations.
• Create a centralized 'Where to Go For...' guide to help employees locate reports, systems, contacts, presentations, and resources.
• Research best practices in sales enablement, knowledge management, and onboarding; explore Microsoft Copilot and AI uses.
• Present findings and recommendations to Commercial Markets leadership, including future-state plans and demonstrations of developed resources.
• Works with a mentor and supports key strategic projects; completes tasks based on business priorities; delivers presentations at internship end.
