Job summary

Gordon Food Service is hiring a CDL A Delivery Driver in LaVergne, TN. You'll deliver food products to restaurants, schools, hospitals, and universities, building relationships with customers and supporting on-time deliveries.

Day shifts with local routes mean you’re home every day. Expect to unload cases up to 100 lbs, use a ramp and two-wheeler, and participate in a pay structure that rewards miles, stops, and deliveries. New drivers encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Class A CDL license at hire or within 90 days.
• Ability to operate a two-wheel cart with loads up to 350 pounds.
• Pass pre-employment drug test and a background check.
• Clean driving record per DOT and Gordon Food Service standards.
• Must be registered through the DOT Drug and Alcohol Clearinghouse.

Responsibilities

Location: 1382 Heil Quaker Blvd, LaVergne TN

Do you have a passion for driving? Are you looking for more home time? Picture yourself as a delivery driver with Gordon Food Service! In this position, you will be building relationships with customers while delivering food products essential to restaurants, schools, hospitals, universities, and more. Day shifts and local routes mean you'll be home every day. You'll be required to unload cases up to 100 lbs, and you'll be using a ramp and two-wheeler throughout your shift. Pay: Drivers average $70,000 - $80,000/year
