Job summary

Gordon Food Service in London, KY is seeking a CDL A Delivery Driver who builds relationships with customers while delivering food products to restaurants, schools, hospitals and universities. Day shifts and local routes mean you’ll be home every day.

You’ll unload cases up to 100 lbs, use a ramp and two-wheeler, and you’ll be paid with a base plus miles and stops. Newly licensed drivers are encouraged to apply, joining a company that values you and offers stability.

Qualifications

Schedule

Monday-Friday. Start time 3 AM-5 AM until route finish

Pay

• Drivers average $70,000 - $80,000/year
• Daily base pay, plus component pay
• Guaranteed minimum of $1100/week
• Paid for every mile driven, stop made, and case delivered

Eligibility

At least 21 years of age Class A CDL License at hire or within 90 days of start date Ability to operate a two-wheel cart with loads of up to 350 pounds Successfully pass a drug test that will assess drug usage (including marijuana) and a background check Clean driving record; as required by DOT and Gordon Food Service standards You must be registered through the Department of Transportation Drug and Alcohol Clearinghouse and provide electronic consent in order to be considered for employment with us effective January 6th, 2020
