Job summary

Qualifications

• Extensive cash handling; this requires the ability to perform basic math functions.
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.

• Knowledge of banking policies and regulations preferred.
• Team player with sales initiative.
• Flexibility in scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Serve as an initial sales and service contact for new and existing clients.
• Profile clients at the teller window and service accounts.
• Open new accounts and cross-sell banking products and services.
• Maintain balancing records and perform daily branch duties.
• Process transactions (transfers, check orders, account maintenance) and resolve issues.
• Deliver superior customer service and escalate issues when needed.
• Represent the bank in the community and participate in promotions.
• Follow branch standards and procedures.
