Job summary

Republic Bank of Chicago's Naperville Branch is looking for an Associate Banker II to provide top-notch sales and service at the teller window while developing new and existing client relationships. The role emphasizes cross-selling retail and other banking products through referrals and superior customer care.

As a non-exempt, full-time associate, you will handle cash, account maintenance, and daily branch tasks, maintain proper records, and work with colleagues to meet sales goals and ensure

Qualifications

• Extensive cash handling; ability to perform basic math functions.
• Basic computer skills.
• Extensive contact with the public, presenting a professional image.
• Ability to read and write well enough to communicate in both oral and written form.
• Know banking policies, procedures and regulations with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Cross-sell bank products and open/close accounts, service customers and process transfers.
• Provide daily branch duties: account transactions, maintenance, balancing and cash shipments.
• Maintain accurate balancing records and troubleshoot outages.
• Meet or exceed sales goals by cross-selling to customers and prospects.
• Deliver superior customer service and escalate issues when needed.
• Follow all bank policies and regulatory controls.
• Collaborate with team and participate in bank promotions and events.
