You will cross-sell bank products, maintain up-to-date knowledge of banking policies, provide superior customer service, and support branch operations, with opportunities for professional growth.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum one-year related retail banking and/or sales experience.
• Ability to read and write well and communicate clearly.

Responsibilities

• Cross-sell bank products and services to customers.
• Open/close accounts and service customers; process transfers and orders.
• Provide superior customer service and resolve issues with management support.
• Balance cash items and maintain accurate records; follow policies.
• Represent the bank professionally in the community and promote branch goals.
