Qualifications

• Proficient in math for cash handling and reports.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, friendly service to every customer.
• Prepare fresh and made-to-order items following recipes and standards.
• Promote My Crosby’s Rewards and assist enrollment.
• Suggest items at checkout to enhance experience.
• Communicate effectively with team members and leadership.
• Uphold company values: Honesty, Trust, Customer Focus, Teamwork, Accountability.
• Balance and report register activity at shift end.
• Follow cash handling procedures and report discrepancies over $5.
• Monitor inventory and prevent loss.
• Keep shelves and displays stocked and properly priced.
• Maintain clean, safe store environment and follow safety standards.
