Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 18+ years or older preferred.
• Previous retail experience preferred.
• Proficient in basic math to handle cash transactions and shift reports.
• Ability to operate lottery, POS systems, and other equipment.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, friendly service to every customer.
• Prepare fresh food and made-to-order items following company recipes and standards.
• Promote My Crosby’s Rewards and assist customers with enrollment and offers.
• Suggest additional items at checkout to enhance customer experience.
• Communicate effectively with team members and leadership.
• Maintain store cleanliness and safety compliance.
• Balance and report register activity at shift end.
• Follow cash handling procedures and store security rules.
