Job summary

Rent-A-Center in Hampton, VA is seeking a Sales Assistant Manager to grow sales through rental agreements and new business, while delivering friendly, white-glove customer service in-store and in customers’ homes.

You will handle deliveries and pickups, keep the store inviting and well merchandised, and mentor teammates. Requirements include 1–3 years in retail or sales, a high school diploma, 18+ years old, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to lift and move furniture and appliances.

Qualifications
