Rent-A-Center is hiring a Sales Assistant Manager to drive sales through rental agreements and attract new customers. The role emphasizes delivering excellent customer service with a white-glove mindset in-store and at customer locations.

The position involves handling deliveries and pickups, merchandising, and maintaining an inviting, organized store environment. A commitment to growth and a customer-first attitude is essential.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of retail/customer service, sales, or collections experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Valid state driver's license and good driving record -- You WILL be driving the company vehicles
• Ability to lift and move product such as furniture, electronics, and appliances.
• Great communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Sales: grow revenue through rental agreements and new customers.
• Customer Service: deliver friendly, top-notch experiences with a "white glove" approach.
• Deliveries & Pickups: operate safely and in compliance while installing products.
• Merchandising: keep the store inviting and clean for customers and coworkers.
