Rent-A-Center is hiring for a Sales Assistant Manager in Virginia. The role focuses on driving sales through rental agreements and acquiring new customers, while delivering exceptional customer service in-store and in customers' homes.

The position requires 1–3 years in retail or customer-facing roles, a high school diploma, and a valid driver's license. You must be able to lift and move products and communicate effectively to help customers choose the right solutions.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of retail/customer service, sales, or collections experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Valid state driver's license and good driving record
• Ability to lift and move product such as furniture, electronics, and appliances
• Great communication and customer service skills

Responsibilities

• Sales: Drive growth through completed rental agreements and prospecting new customers.
• Customer Service: Deliver friendly, top-notch service with a servant's heart in stores and in customers' homes.
• Deliveries & Pickups: Safely load/unload and install products away from the store when needed.
• Merchandising: Keep the store inviting with organized product and cleanliness.
