Job summary

Rent-A-Center is seeking a Sales Assistant Manager to drive sales through rental agreements and new business, while delivering exceptional customer experiences in-store and at customers' homes. You will also handle deliveries, pickups, and merchandising to keep the store inviting and organized.

The role requires 1–3 years in retail or customer service, a high school diploma or equivalent, and a valid driver’s license. A positive attitude and strong communication are essential for success.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of retail/customer service, sales, or collections experience
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must be at least 18 years of age, valid driver's license, and good driving record
• Ability to lift and move product such as furniture, electronics, and appliances
• Great communication and customer service skills

Responsibilities

• Sales growth through completed rental agreements and prospecting new business
• Provide friendly, top-notch customer experiences with a servant's heart in stores and in customers' homes
• Deliveries and pickups including loading/unloading and installation of products
• Merchandising: maintain an inviting, organized, clean store environment
