Job summary

Stokes Tire Service in Santa Monica, CA is seeking a Service Advisor to greet guests and deliver a world-class service experience. You’ll translate mechanical needs into clear recommendations and drive sales of tires, wheels, repairs, and warranties with a focus on outstanding customer care.

As the liaison between customers and technicians, you’ll build trust, document inspections, and maintain showroom and inventory standards while supporting a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in automotive service sales and strong customer service background.
• Proven ability to sell services and build trust.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• A self-starter with problem-solving ability and team spirit.
• Valid driver’s license + ability to lift 70 lbs.
