Job summary

American Tire Depot is seeking a Service Advisor to greet guests, translate technical findings for customers, and drive tire and service sales. You will coordinate between customers and technicians and help maintain showroom standards.

This role emphasizes customer service, trust-building, and team collaboration in a fast-paced shop environment. The position requires 1–3 years in automotive service sales or retail, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to lift 70 lbs.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years experience in automotive service sales or retail automotive with strong customer service and transferable sales background.
