You will reach out to your own prospects to set up meetings through cold calling, manage your own schedule and sign up your own clients. The more experienced and best performing Sales Representatives will have the opportunity to have meetings scheduled for them by other Sales Representatives, allowing them to do meetings with prospects 5 days a week. We're growing rapidly, meaning that this creates countless opportunities for everyone that performs well!

What you'll be doing

• Knock pre-mapped neighborhoods daily, qualify homeowners, and book inspections
• Run the full discovery-to-close cycle on appointments you set or are assigned
• Bring back field intel — objections, pricing pressure, competitor activity — to weekly team huddle

What success looks like

• Day 30: Through onboarding, first commission cleared, hitting daily activity targets
• Month 6: Producing in the middle of the band — about $108K annualized
• Year 1: Top performers clearing $145K+ and earning first look at leadership tracks

Who we're looking for

• Coachable. Sales experience is a plus but track record of grinding through anything counts more
• Comfortable being measured by output — activity, close rate, and earned commission
• Reliable transportation and comfort with daily field work in all weather
