Key Responsibilities:
  1. Prospecting and Lead Generation: Use our platform that targets qualified candidates interested in our life insurance products, enabling you to focus on client interactions.
  2. Client Consultation: Conduct needs assessments to understand clients' financial goals and insurance needs, presenting suitable options.
  3. Sales Presentation: Deliver engaging presentations to individuals and groups, highlighting product benefits and addressing client concerns.
  4. Relationship Management: Maintain long-term client relationships through ongoing support and follow-ups.
  5. Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends and competitors to effectively position our products.
  6. Sales Reporting: Keep accurate records of sales activities and client interactions, and prepare reports for management.
  7. Compliance: Ensure all activities comply with regulations and company policies, maintaining confidentiality and ethical standards.
Qualifications:
  • Proven sales experience, preferably in insurance or financial services.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
