Job summary

Ridge Top Exteriors is hiring a Field Manager for our roofing, siding, and window projects in the Fox Valley/Madison area. You will conduct in-home visits, present solutions, and close deals with a focus on customer service and KPI attainment.

The role is full-time on site in Wisconsin, with a robust commission structure, paid training, and benefits. Previous home-improvement sales experience is highly valued, with vehicle access required.

• Own a vehicle for appointments.
• Willing to work 6 days a week including nights and Saturdays.

Job description

• Average reps earn $80,000 to $120,000+ working preset appointments at customer homes. Top reps earn $250,000+ annually. This is a commission-driven role.
• Unlimited earning potential and highest-paid commissions in the industry (up to 14% of sales!)
• Paid training ($600 weekly for first few weeks)
• Full benefits including medical and dental (the company pays partial)

• 2-3 prequalified leads per day
• All leads provided and appointments set from marketing efforts - no cold calling or door knocking unless you want to grow your income

Responsibilities:

• Meet with customers at their homes to present our roofing, siding, and window solutions for their home improvement needs
• Meet and exceed individual KPIs
• Run appointments/consultations throughout the week
• Generate detailed work scopes and contracts for new customers
• Provide the utmost customer service to new and existing customers
• Keep CRM notes and calendar appointments up to date
• Stay ahead of the curve with product knowledge and sales knowledge
• Take initiative to train on sales techniques outside of work hours
• Uphold the company’s core values
• Reports to the Sales Manager

Requirements:

• 1+ years of sales experience required
• Experience in the home improvement industry - roofing, windows, siding, gutters, home repair, etc. - highly preferred
• Own a vehicle for attending appointments
• Willing to work 6 days a week (nights and Saturdays as needed)
• Must be comfortable carrying a ladder and climbing a ladder to inspect roofs (you do not have to go on the roof, just inspect from the ladder for condition)
• Commits 10-12 hours per day toward their own success
• Can build value during a presentation that far exceeds price (we are NOT the lowest price)
• Money motivated and self-motivated as we do not micromanage
• Basic computer skills, as contracts are computer generated. Experience with a CRM/computer systems preferred.
• Ability to grasp basic sales concepts
• Honesty and professionalism
• Must be open to fully commissioned with paid training (Average reps earn $80k to $120k working preset appointments. Top reps earn $250k+. No cold calling or door knocking expected.)
