Lagunas Roofing is seeking a driven field sales professional to generate leads, pitch roofing solutions, and close deals while traveling to client sites in Missouri. You will receive paid training and have the opportunity to earn uncapped commissions as part of a performance-driven culture.

The role requires visiting prospects, inspecting roofs, and preparing estimates while leveraging CRM to manage opportunities and targets. A company vehicle is provided after probation.

Field Sales Consultant Responsibilities:

• Generate leads, engage with prospects, and sell the company's products and services.
• Create compelling sales pitches that are aligned with the target client’s industry.
• Meet personal and team sales goals and targets.
• Manage sales pipeline properly within company CRM.
• Conduct scheduled in-person visits with potential customers to perform roof inspections and estimate duties, including accessing roofs as needed, taking photos, measurements, and notes to prepare accurate project estimates.
• During the initial probationary period, Sales Representatives will utilize their personal vehicle for travel to job sites and inspections. A company-provided ladder will be issued, and vehicles should be reasonably suited for transporting equipment(ladder) and completing daily field visits. A company vehicle will be provided after successful completion of the probationary period.
