HomeTeam Outside Sales Representative position located in Albuquerque, NM, offers a door-to-door sales role focusing on pest control solutions. You will demonstrate product benefits, build homeowner relationships, and ensure accurate sales documentation for service teams.

The role emphasizes outdoor work, independence, and strong interpersonal skills, with a structure that rewards performance through commission plus base pay. Benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Sales experience preferred – training will be provided.
• Must be 18 years or older with a high school diploma or GED
• Must have a valid driver's license

Responsibilities

• Reach out to homeowners with our built in pest control system to generate sales, including knocking on doors, and making telephone calls
• Use patience and persistence to build long-term relationships with homeowners
• Confidently explain and demonstrate the benefits and prices of HomeTeam’s products and services with current and potential customers
• Complete sales documents accurately and completely to ensure Pest Control Techs have all the information they need to create a delightful experience for the homeowner
• 40 hour work period weekly
• Think on your feet, stay motivated, and work independently
• Do you like working outside and meeting new people?
• Are you motivated, organized, personable, and willing to build relationships with our customers?
