Job summary

HomeTeam is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to reach homeowners, demo the built in pest control system, and generate sales. You will knock on doors, make calls, and build lasting relationships while working a 40 hour week.

We offer an uncapped earning structure with an hourly base plus commission, a company vehicle and gas card, phone and iPad, comprehensive benefits, 401(k) with company match, and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Sales experience preferred– training will be provided.
• Must be 18 years or older with a high school diploma or GED
• Must have a valid driver's license

Responsibilities

• Reach out to homeowners with our built in pest control system to generate sales, including knocking on doors, and making telephone calls
• Use patience and persistence to build long-term relationships with homeowners
• Confidently explain and demonstrate the benefits and prices of HomeTeam’s products and services with current and potential customers
• Complete sales documents accurately and completely to ensure Pest Control Techs have all the information they need to create a delightful experience for the homeowner
• 40 hour work period weekly
• Think on your feet, stay motivated, and work independently
