Job summary

HomeTeam Pest Defense, Inc. is seeking an Inside Sales Representative in the United States. No sales experience is necessary; we provide training.

You will reach out to homeowners in your area to generate sales, explain benefits and prices, and complete sales documents for our Pest Control Techs. You’ll be outside with flexible hours, aiming to build relationships and meet customers. Earn between $60K and $75K annually with uncapped commissions, plus a company vehicle, phone, iPad, and

Qualifications

• No experience required; training provided.
• Must be 18 years or older with a high school diploma or GED.
• Must have a valid driver's license.

• Complete sales documents accurately to support Pest Control Techs.

Responsibilities

No Sales Experience Necessary, we will train you! As a HomeTeam Inside Sales Representative, you can expect to:

• Reach out to homeowners in your assigned area to generate sales, including knocking on doors, sending mail, and making telephone calls
• Use patience and persistence to build long-term relationships with homeowners
• Confidently explain and demonstrate the benefits and prices of HomeTeam’s products and services with current and potential customers
• Complete sales documents accurately and completely to ensure Pest Control Techs have all the information they need to create a delightful experience for the homeowner
• Think on your feet, stay motivated, and work independently
• Do you like working outside and meeting new people?
• Can you work flexible hours and stay motivated, organized, and personable with all sorts of customers?
