Sales Representative (Walls & Hollow Core) - County Prestress & Precast, LLC (Manufacturing)

County Prestress & Precast, LLC manufactures resilient concrete solutions to meet the growing demand for infrastructure, multifamily housing, and large-scale commercial construction. We rely on our talented and dedicated team to provide reliable products with unmatched service.

We are seeking a Remote Sales Representative in the Walls & Hollow Core Division for our customer, County Prestress & Precast, LLC, located in the Chicago City area.

Job Overview

The Sales Representative establishes and maintains relationships with customers and County Materials Corporation to ensure effective communication and documentation, supporting successful estimates, proposals, and project execution. They lead projects to ensure customer satisfaction and successful completion that meets or exceeds expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Establish and maintain relationships with current and prospective customers.
  2. Monitor resources to manage project lettings and bid dates.
  3. Coordinate with estimating to facilitate accurate project estimates.
  4. Communicate project details internally and externally.
  5. Create and distribute proposals, follow up with customers.
  6. Coordinate internal resources to support customer schedules.
  7. Address scope changes and ensure proper documentation.
  8. Communicate critical information such as delivery dates to operations.
  9. Participate in sales and project management meetings.
  10. Assist in resolving customer complaints and issues.
  11. Travel occasionally; based in the Twin Cities Metro Region.
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor's degree in construction management or 10 years of concrete construction or related industry experience.
  2. Experience with prestressed concrete girders and/or structural precast/prestressed concrete preferred.
  3. Strong leadership skills, understanding of construction principles, and ability to interpret drawings and specifications.
  4. Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  5. Valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record.
  6. PCI certifications are a plus.
