We are seeking a Remote Sales Representative in the Walls & Hollow Core Division for our customer, County Prestress & Precast, LLC, in the Madison City area.

A Sales Representative establishes and maintains relationships between customers and County Materials Corporation to ensure prompt, accurate communication and documentation supporting successful estimates, proposals, and project execution. They lead projects to ensure superior customer satisfaction and successful completion that meets or exceeds expectations.

Job Duties:

1. Establish and maintain relationships with current and prospective customers.
2. Monitor resources to create and maintain project lettings and bid dates.
3. Coordinate with estimating to facilitate accurate project estimates.
4. Communicate project details with internal teams.
5. Create and distribute proposals, maintaining contact and follow-up with customers.
6. Coordinate internal resources to support customer schedules.
7. Review project scope changes and coordinate with departments for appropriate responses.
8. Communicate critical information such as delivery dates to operations.
9. Participate in sales and project management meetings to align goals with customer demands.
10. Ensure proper documentation of commitments, signed by customers, and relayed internally.
11. Assist in resolving customer complaints and issues.
12. Occasional travel; based in the Twin Cities Metro Region.

Experience & Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in construction management or 10 years of concrete construction or related industry experience.
2. Prefer experience with prestressed concrete girders and/or structural precast/prestressed concrete.
3. Strong leadership skills and understanding of construction principles; ability to interpret drawings and specifications.
4. Proficient in Microsoft Office.
5. Valid driver's license with a satisfactory record.
6. PCI certifications are desirable.
