Total Quality Logistics in Fort Wayne is hiring for an entry level Sales Representative. No experience required; you will receive six months of hands-on training in sales and logistics, build relationships, negotiate freight deals, and manage shipments from pickup to delivery.

The position offers a base compensation of 40,000–45,000 in the first year plus uncapped commissions. You’ll work in a fast-paced, in-office environment with strong growth potential and a clear path to higher earnings.

Responsibilities

• Receive 6 months of direct training from experienced Logistics Account Executives.
• Help your account executive solve customer needs and manage daily operations.
• Develop negotiation skills through prospecting and cold calling.
• Build your book and meet sales metrics for commission eligibility.
• Establish relationships to close new customers.
• Negotiate prices with customers and carriers.
• Resolve freight issues to ensure timely pickup and delivery.
