Job summary

Total Quality Logistics (TQL) is hiring entry-level sales in Indianapolis, Indiana. This role offers paid, hands-on training in sales and logistics, with no experience required. You will build relationships, negotiate freight deals, and manage shipments from pickup to delivery.

Responsibilities

• Receive 6 months of direct training from experienced Logistics Account Executives.
• Help your account executive solve customer needs, find carriers for time-sensitive freight and manage daily operations.
• Participate in hands-on and virtual training sessions.
• Develop negotiation skills through prospecting and cold calling.
• Build your book of business and relationships to close new customers.
• Negotiate prices with customers and carriers to secure shipments.
• Resolve freight issues to ensure timely pickup and delivery.
