Job summary

Treace is seeking a Sales Representative to drive growth and support surgeons in a dynamic, patient-focused environment. You will develop new customer relationships, follow up on leads, and work to convert opportunities while collaborating with marketing on product feedback.

The role requires travel up to 90% locally with overnight stays up to 20%. You will be part of Treace’s team that values results, integrity, and delivering high-quality care to patients and providers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and at least 2 years of successful field sales experience.
• Ability to travel locally up to 90% and overnight up to 20%.
• Experience supporting surgeons in operating room environments.
• Hospital credentialing readiness and ability to manage emergency support scenarios.
• Valid driver’s license and current vehicle insurance.

Responsibilities

• Deliver impact: become a subject matter expert on Treace Medical’s products and procedures to support surgeons and OR teams.
• Strategize for growth: build and maintain new customer relationships and drive conversion.
• Provide feedback to innovate: collaborate with marketing to improve product design and user satisfaction.
• Train for excellence: plan and execute product training for surgeons in didactic and hands-on settings.
• Foster relationships: maintain strong links with accounts to expand sales and ensure service continuity.

As a Sales Representative at Treace, you will:
