Treace is seeking a results-driven Sales Representative to grow our medical device portfolio in the Green Bay region. You will educate surgeons and operating room teams, build key accounts, and drive adoption of Treace Medical’s solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and at least 2 years of field sales experience.
• Ability to travel locally up to 90% and overnight up to 20%.
• Experience supporting surgeons in operating room environments.
• Hospital credentialing readiness and ability to manage emergency support scenarios.
• Valid driver's license and current vehicle insurance.

Responsibilities

• Deliver impact by becoming a subject matter expert and supporting surgeon teams.
• Build and maintain new customer relationships and drive conversions.

As a Sales Representative at Treace, you will:
