Treace seeks a Sales Representative in Jacksonville, FL to drive growth by building robust relationships with healthcare providers, supporting surgeons in the OR, and delivering product trainings to improve patient outcomes.

This role requires travel up to 90% locally and up to 20% overnight, with a strong emphasis on patient-focused, high-integrity medical device sales and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and at least 2 years of successful field sales experience.
• Ability to travel locally (up to 90%) and overnight (up to 20%).
• Experience supporting surgeons in operating room environments.
• Hospital credentialing readiness and the capability to manage emergency support scenarios.
• Valid driver’s license and current vehicle insurance.

Responsibilities

• Deliver impact: become a subject matter expert in Treace Medical’s products and procedures, supporting surgeons and OR teams for optimal patient outcomes.
• Strategize for growth: build and maintain new customer relationships, follow up on company-generated leads, and drive customer conversion.
• Provide feedback to innovate: collaborate with marketing to enhance product design and user satisfaction.
• Train for excellence: plan, coordinate, and execute product training for surgeons (didactic and hands-on).
• Foster relationships: maintain strong links with key accounts to expand market development and ensure service continuity.
