Job summary

Treace is recruiting a Sales Representative to advance surgical innovations and patient outcomes. You will become a subject matter expert on Treace Medical products and support surgeons and OR teams to optimize results.

Responsibilities include building new customer relationships, following up on leads, and collaborating with marketing to improve product design and satisfaction. Travel is substantial, and a strong track record in field sales is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of successful field sales experience.
• Ability to travel locally up to 90% and overnight up to 20%.
• Experience supporting surgeons in operating room environments.
• Hospital credentialing readiness and emergency support capability.
• Valid driver’s license and current vehicle insurance.

• Build and maintain new customer relationships and drive conversion from leads.
• Collaborate with marketing to enhance product design and user satisfaction.
• Plan, coordinate and execute product training for surgeons in didactic and hands-on settings.
• Maintain strong links with key accounts to grow sales and ensure service continuity.

As a Sales Representative at Treace, you will:
