Job summary

Allegiant Business Group is hiring a Sales Representative & Trainer to build a personal client base while mentoring teammates and working in person within a local territory.

You will present supplemental insurance solutions to business owners and employees, lead group sessions, and provide coaching to new team members. Licensing assistance is provided, and the role offers draw pay, commissions, and bonuses.

Qualifications

• Independent contractor status with local in-person responsibilities.
• Willingness to obtain Health & Life licensing if not already held.
• Strong interpersonal skills for client meetings and mentoring.

Your Role

You will work as an independent contractor, building your own book of business while helping your teammates grow. You'll meet clients face to face, present supplemental insurance solutions, and mentor new team members. This role is perfect if you're patient, dependable, and motivated by helping others succeed.

What You'll Do

• Share supplemental insurance solutions and build relationships with business owners, managers, and employees

• Lead individual and group presentations, from small meetings to teams of 50+

• Mentor new team members and help them develop their sales skills

• Manage your book of business, follow up on leads, and support team goals
