Job summary

Allegiant Business Group is seeking a Sales Representative & Trainer to grow a local clientele in a full-time, in-person role. You will meet clients, present supplemental insurance solutions, and mentor teammates while building your own book of business.

The position offers draw pay, commissions, and bonuses, with licensing reimbursement and comprehensive training. Expect a Monday–Friday schedule with some weekend needs in a local territory.

Qualifications

• Strong relationship-building and client-facing skills.
• Excellent presentation and communication abilities.
• Ability to mentor teammates and develop sales talent.
• Licensed in Health & Life or willingness to obtain license (reimbursement provided).

• Lead individual and group presentations, from small meetings to teams of 50+.
