Job summary

Allegiant Business Group is seeking a Sales Representative & Trainer to join as an independent contractor in a local Texas territory. You will present supplemental insurance solutions to business owners and employees, grow your book of business, and mentor teammates.

The role emphasizes coaching, relationship-building, and delivering group and individual presentations for client education and revenue growth.

Qualifications

• Licensed in Health & Life or willing to get licensed (reimbursement provided).
• Excellent interpersonal and coaching skills.
• Independent contractor building own book of business.

Responsibilities

• Lead individual and group presentations, from small meetings to teams of 50+.

Compensation: $85,000–$105,000 per year (draw pay, commissions, and bonuses)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, weekends as needed

Your Role

You'll work as an independent contractor, building your own book of business while helping your teammates grow.
