Job summary

The Lemon Decor is seeking a Sales Representative to handle inquiries, build client relationships, and guide bookings for our boutique floral and event decor services. This hybrid role is part-time (20–24 hrs/week) with one in-office day per week in Frederick, MD.

You’ll respond to clients via email, phone, and Zoom; qualify leads; conduct consultations; prepare proposals and service agreements; and keep CRM records. You’ll aim to meet sales goals while delivering exceptional client care.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in sales or customer service.
• Warm, confident communicator across phone, email, and video.
• Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Tech-savvy; familiarity with CRM or project management software.
• Willingness to work 1 weekday per week in Frederick, MD office.

Schedule: All work must be done between Monday–Friday, 9 AM–5 PM.
