Job summary

Treace Medical Concepts, Inc. is recruiting a Sales Representative in Missouri to grow relationships with surgeons and healthcare facilities. The role emphasizes in-depth product knowledge and hands-on training, with heavy local travel and clinical support.

You will collaborate with marketing to optimize product use, drive patient outcomes, and expand market presence while delivering exceptional service and value to customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and at least 2 years of successful field sales experience.
• Travel locally up to 90% and overnight up to 20%.
• Experience supporting surgeons in operating room environments.
• Hospital credentialing readiness and ability to manage emergency support scenarios.
• Valid driver’s license and current vehicle insurance.

Responsibilities

• Become a subject matter expert on Treace Medical’s products and procedures for surgeons and OR teams.
• Build and maintain new customer relationships; follow up on company-generated leads and drive conversions.
• Collaborate with marketing to enhance product design and user satisfaction.
• Plan, coordinate, and execute product training for surgeons in didactic and hands-on settings.
• Maintain strong links with key accounts to expand market development and ensure service continuity.
