Treace Medical Concepts, Inc. in Jacksonville, FL is seeking a dynamic Sales Representative to grow the legacy of our 3D solutions for bunion deformities. You will become a subject matter expert, support surgeons, and drive patient outcomes.

This role requires traveling locally up to 90% and overnight up to 20%, building relationships, coordinating training, and collaborating with marketing to inform product design.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and at least 2 years of field sales experience.
• Local travel up to 90% and overnight up to 20%.
• Experience supporting surgeons in operating room environments.
• Hospital credentialing readiness and ability to manage emergency support scenarios.
• Valid driver’s license and current vehicle insurance.

• Deliver Impact: become a subject matter expert in Treace Medical’s products and procedures, supporting surgeons and operating room teams for optimal patient outcomes.
• Strategize for Growth: build and maintain new customer relationships, follow up on company-generated leads, and drive customer conversion consistently.
• Provide Feedback to Innovate: collaborate with the marketing team to enhance product design and improve user satisfaction.
• Train for Excellence: plan, coordinate, and execute product training for surgeons in both didactic and hands‑on settings.
• Foster Relationships: maintain strong links with key accounts to further sales, expand market development, and ensure service continuity.
