Job summary

Aspen Contracting seeks motivated sales professionals for roofing restoration sales across Kansas. You will meet homeowners, assess exterior restoration needs, and guide projects from start to finish. Prior outside sales or customer-facing experience helps, but training and support are provided.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Meet directly with homeowners to identify exterior restoration needs and guide them through the restoration process from start to finish.
• Build relationships with homeowners throughout your assigned territory.
• Generate new business through networking, referrals, neighborhood outreach, and customer engagement.
• Schedule and conduct residential property inspections.
• Inspect roofs, siding, and gutters using company training and technology.
• Prepare project estimates and scopes of work.
• Educate homeowners on restoration options and insurance claims.
• Coordinate with internal production teams to ensure an exceptional customer experience.
• Maintain communication with customers throughout the project.
• Follow up after project completion to ensure customer satisfaction.

Kansas Market

Field-Based Position

Hiring throughout the State of Kansas.

Important: This position services customers throughout Kansas. While you'll travel locally within your assigned territory, team meetings, training, and business-related activities will take place at locations designated by your manager based on current business needs.

Employment Type: Full-Time (W-2)

Compensation: $50,000-$200,000+ annually

Pay Structure: Weekly Pay + Uncapped Commission

Training: Paid Training Provided

Schedule: Daytime, evenings, and occasional weekends based on customer appointments

Travel: Local travel throughout the Kansas market

Experience: No roofing experience required

What You’ll Do
