Aspen Contracting, Inc is seeking a Sales Representative to meet homeowners across Kansas, assess exterior restoration needs, and guide projects from inspection to completion. This field-based role offers paid training, weekly pay, and uncapped commissions to reward high performance.

You will build relationships in your territory, schedule inspections, estimate scopes, and educate homeowners on restoration options and insurance claims while coordinating with production teams to ensure customer

Qualifications

• Valid Driver's License required.
• Reliable transportation to cover the Kansas market.
• Ability to climb ladders and walk residential roofs.

Hiring throughout the State of Kansas.

Important: This position services customers throughout Kansas. While you'll travel locally within your assigned territory, team meetings, training, and business-related activities will take place at locations designated by your manager based on current business needs.

What You’ll Do

Previous sales experience is helpful but not required.

If you've worked in customer service, retail, hospitality, banking, automotive, telecommunications, or another customer-facing role, your experience may translate well into this position.
