Bartlett Roofing is a fast-growing home exterior company looking for a Sales Representative in Boise, ID. The role is field-based and full-time, offering a commission-based compensation structure with paid training. Expected earnings range from $80,000 to $175,000+ per year with uncapped commissions.

You will identify leads, conduct door-to-door outreach, and manage the full sales cycle from inspection to closing, educating homeowners about our services and the insurance claims process.

Responsibilities

• Identify leads and generate new prospects (in-office & door-to-door)
• Knock on doors and offer free roof inspections
• Own the full sales cycle - from initial inspection to closing the deal
• Conduct roof inspections & represent clients at insurance adjuster meetings
• Educate homeowners about our services and the insurance claims process
• Thrive in a fast-paced, autonomous environment while maintaining clear, professional communication
• Accurately document all sales activities through our mobile tools and CRM
