Bartlett Roofing is seeking a motivated Sales Representative in the Boise area to join our field-based sales team. You will identify leads, conduct door-to-door inspections, and drive the full sales cycle from inspection to closing the deal.

Qualifications

• Experience in field-based or outside sales is a plus.

• Identify leads and generate new prospects (in-office & door-to-door).
• Knock on doors and offer free roof inspections.
• Own the full sales cycle from initial inspection to closing the deal.
• Conduct roof inspections and represent clients at insurance adjuster meetings, guiding them through claims process.
