Bartlett Roofing is seeking a Sales Representative in Spokane Valley, WA. This full-time, field-based role offers commission-based earnings with uncapped potential and paid training to help you ramp up quickly.

You'll identify leads, knock on doors, perform roof inspections, and guide clients through the insurance-claims process, documenting all activities in our CRM. Success comes from proactive outreach and strong communication in a fast-paced environment.

• Identify leads and generate new prospects (in-office & door-to-door)
• Knock on doors and offer free roof inspections
• Own the full sales cycle - from initial inspection to closing the deal
• Conduct roof inspections & represent clients at insurance adjuster meetings
• Educate homeowners about our services and the insurance claims process

• Accurately document all sales activities through our mobile tools and CRM
