Job summary

Bartlett Roofing is seeking a Sales Representative in Spokane Valley, WA. This field-based, full-time role offers uncapped commission and paid training, with earnings potential ranging from $80,000 to $175,000+ annually.

You will identify leads, conduct roof inspections, and guide homeowners through the sales cycle from inspection to closing. We train across roofing, windows, and exterior renovations, and value drive, resilience, and face-to-face engagement with clients.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in door-to-door sales or field sales is preferred.
• Experience in retail, customer service, or hospitality is valued.
• Construction, trades, or real estate knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Identify leads and generate new prospects (in-office & door-to-door).
• Own the full sales cycle from inspection to closing.

What Youll Do

• Identify leads and generate new prospects (in-office & door-to-door)
• Knock on doors and offer free roof inspections
• Own the full sales cycle - from initial inspection to closing the deal
• Conduct roof inspections & represent clients at insurance adjuster meetings
• Educate homeowners about our services and the insurance claims process
• Thrive in a fast-paced, autonomous environment while maintaining clear, professional communication
• Accurately document all sales activities through our mobile tools and CRM
